June 13, 2017 – On Tuesday, June 13, 2017 Blue Sky Power won ESC’s “Partnership Award for Innovative Energy Solutions” in recognition for Blue Sky Power’s work in developing the Cathedral Village Clean Energy Infrastructure Project. Blue Sky Power developed, financed and constructed a 265 kW Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Plant, upgraded existing electrical infrastructure, replaced existing, rooftop air-handling units, and retrofitted lighting fixtures and related sensors/controls (“Energy Infrastructure Projects”) for a CCRC affiliated with Presbyterian Senior Living, Cathedral Village, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Construction was completed in March 2016.
Energy Solutions Center, Inc. (ESC) is a non-profit organization of energy utilities and equipment manufacturers that promotes energy efficient natural gas solutions and systems for use by residential, commercial, and industrial energy users. The Center creates educational and marketing materials, case studies, training manuals, decision analysis software, and other tools and resources designed to enhance the success of those utility customer service professionals responsible for enhancing customer productivity, efficiency, reliability and comfort.
